Useful tips before submitting a Help Desk Ticket:
  1. Power
    • Check to see that your device has been charged properly and/or is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Next, make sure your device is powered on.
  2. Reboot
    • Select "Shut Down" on sign-on screen to power device completely off. Wait 30 seconds. Power device back on.
  3. Connectivity
    • If the issue is related to connecting to the internet, check to see that you are connected to the school network. Also, check with other students/teachers to see if they are having similar issues
  4. Submit a Help Desk Ticket
    • If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a ticket to our Help Desk department.
      • Remember -- The 4 W's are really helpful: Who, What, When, and Where.
